The current posts cover district-level roles (District Program Manager, District Manager for Social Mobilization, Farm Livelihood, and Skills & Entrepreneurship, plus a District MIS Assistant cum DEO), taluk-level roles (Taluk Program Manager and Taluk Program Manager - SVEP), and block-level roles (Block Manager - Farm Livelihoods in Athni, Belagavi, Ramdurg, and Saundatti, and Block Manager - Non-Farm Livelihood in Raybag and Ramdurg). Who Can Apply?

District Program Manager (Rs. 35,000/month):

• Qualification: Full-time postgraduate degree (2 years) in Social Sciences, Rural Development, MSW, MBA, Agricultural Sciences, or an equivalent discipline.
• Experience: At least 5 years in rural development programs, including experience leading large, multi-disciplinary teams and executing livelihood/SHG programs. Preference is given to candidates with at least 1 year of experience as a District Manager.
• Age: You should be between 18 and 45 years old.
• You must be able to read, write, and speak in Kannada and English, and have basic computer knowledge.
• In this role, you will lead Mission activities for the district, coordinate with the district administration, line departments, NGOs and banks, and report directly to the CEO, Zilla Panchayat.

Block Manager - Farm Livelihoods (Rs. 25,000/month):

• Qualification: M.Sc. (Agriculture) with 1 year of field experience, OR B.Sc. (Agriculture) with 3 years of field experience, OR any other Master's degree with 5 years of experience in farm livelihoods or a related field.
• Age: You should be between 18 and 45 years old.
• In this role, you will support Mahila Kisan (women farmers) in farm livelihood activities, coordinate block and cluster-level programs, and help with data entry and reporting for the Mission.
