Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Limited (IRCTC) is engaging Tourism Monitors for its South Central Zone. The assignment supports Bharat Gaurav rakes and other tourism activities, bringing together train-based services, tour packages and travel support. This is a contractual role with deployment across service locations, so you should consider the travel and posting conditions before applying.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Contract tenure: The notified engagement is for three years. The appointment is contractual and gives you no right to claim regular or permanent employment with IRCTC.
• Posting flexibility: You may be posted in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Maharashtra, Odisha or Chhattisgarh. IRCTC also reserves the option to deploy you anywhere in India, so a South Central Zone recruitment does not guarantee a posting in your preferred state.
• Ending the contract: Either you or IRCTC may end the engagement with one month's notice. IRCTC can terminate the contract without notice if your performance is unsatisfactory.
• Security deposit: If selected, you must provide the prescribed deposit by demand draft. This is an engagement condition, and the amount is recorded with the additional requirements for the post.
• Current government or PSU employment: You can apply through the proper channel or provide employer permission at the interview. The notice also allows a proper relieving letter from your current employer when you are selected.
• Information in your application: False or incorrect details, concealed material facts or failure to meet the notified requirements can lead to rejection or termination. This condition continues to apply after engagement.
• Changes to the recruitment: IRCTC may amend or cancel the advertisement or recruitment without prior notice. Its staffing needs at the time of engagement can also change, including the requirement for a reserve panel.
• Interview expenses: No travel or daily allowance is paid for attending the walk-in. If the interview is extended, your accommodation and food arrangements remain your responsibility.

The Hyderabad-area venue is IRCTC Ltd, 1st Floor, Oxford Plaza, Sarojini Devi Road, Secunderabad-500003; sessions run from 10:30 to 17:30 at both locations.
