IRCON International Limited (IRCON) Manager/Legal Recruitment 2026 - 4 Posts

IRCON International Limited (IRCON), a Navratna Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of Railways, has released Advertisement No. C-09/2026 for 4 Manager/Legal posts on a contract basis. IRCON builds turnkey railway, highway, building and power sector infrastructure projects across India and abroad, and recorded a turnover of over Rs. 8,500 crore in 2025-26. The posts are reserved as UR-2, OBC-1, SC-1 and are meant specifically for IRCON's Corporate Office in New Delhi, not for its regular establishment. Selection is entirely through a walk-in interview — there is no written exam or online application form. This is a good opportunity for law graduates with hands-on experience in arbitration and infrastructure contracts.

The appointment is initially for one year and may be extended based on your performance and the company's requirements. However, the contract is co-terminus with the assignment you are hired for, so it does not give you any right to a regular position at IRCON or any other project. Ex-contract employees of IRCON whose earlier contracts ended due to project closure can also apply if they meet the eligibility criteria.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: Full-time LLB (3-year) or 5-year integrated LLB degree with not less than 60% marks from a recognized university. An LLM in a relevant discipline is preferred.
• Experience: You need 4-6 years of experience in construction or infrastructure-related legal matters, including handling arbitration and litigation before tribunals and courts, and drafting/vetting agreements, bonds and affidavits.
• Note: Teaching, training, consultancy or freelancing experience will not be counted as relevant experience.
• Added advantage: Computer proficiency and prior experience in pre-contract transactional work.

Age Limit

• Your age should not exceed 35 years as on 1 August 2026.
• Age Relaxation: As per Government of India guidelines for reserved categories, subject to fulfilling the required qualification and experience.

Salary

• Selected candidates will get a fixed consolidated pay of Rs. 75,000 per month.
• You will also get a 5% annual increment on the fixed pay after each completed year of service.
• You must arrange a Medical Health Insurance Policy of Rs. 3 lakh for yourself (premium capped at Rs. 4,000 per year), which IRCON will reimburse on submission of the policy copy and premium receipt.
• Minimum Provident Fund contribution is made as per the EPF & MP Act. You will also get one weekly off, applicable public holidays, and TA/DA for outstation duty.
• No other perks or allowances are payable over and above the above benefits.

Selection Process

Selection is done in the following stages:

1. Document Verification: Bring original certificates for age, community, qualification and experience proof at the time of registration.
2. Walk-In Interview: Only eligible candidates who clear document verification will be interviewed.

Candidates who do not meet the eligibility criteria will not be interviewed, so check your eligibility carefully before attending.

2. Collect your experience certificates, salary slips, Date of Birth proof, caste/EWS certificate and qualification mark sheets.
3. Report to IRCON Corporate Office, C-4, District Centre, Saket, New Delhi-110017 on 18 August 2026.
4. Registration starts at 9:30 AM and closes at 1:00 PM on the same day.
5. Bring one photocopy along with original documents for verification, then attend the interview.
