Incubation Centre IIT Patna Project Fellow Recruitment 2026 - 3 Posts

Incubation Centre IIT Patna (IC-IIT Patna) is a joint effort of IIT Patna and the State Government of Bihar, supported by MeitY, Government of India. The Bihar government provides matching funds, and its agency, the Bihar State Electronics Development Corporation Ltd. (BELTRON), also collaborates on Incubation Centre initiatives. Under Ref. ICIITP/Rect/2026/03 dated 13 June 2026, the Centre is hiring 3 Project Fellows to support district-level project activities including field visits, beneficiary engagement, and data management. Fresh graduates with 0-1 years of experience are welcome to apply.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: Graduation in any discipline with First Division
• Experience: 0-1 years of relevant work experience; experience in CSR funding schemes is an added advantage
• Skills: Good people management and coordination skills, strong written and verbal communication in English and Hindi, and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Age Limit

• You should be under 32 years of age as on the last date of application.

Salary

• Selected candidates will get a stipend of Rs. 15,000 per month.

Selection Process

The selection will be done in the following stages:

1. Application Screening: Your application will be screened based on the prescribed format, resume, and supporting documents. Applications that are not in the prescribed format, or that do not clearly mention the position applied for, will not be considered.
2. Test/Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a test/interview. The date and mode will be shared by email, on the Incubation Centre website, or on the IIT Patna website.

Note: If a large number of applications are received, the selection committee may call only the best applications for the test/interview, and its decision will be final in all matters related to recruitment.

• Prepare periodic progress reports and case studies for the funding agency
• Support workshops, training programs, and awareness campaigns
• Ensure proper use and upkeep of project resources and assets
