NIT Patna JRF VLSI Recruitment 2026: Overview
National Institute of Technology Patna (NIT Patna) is hiring a Junior Research Fellow (JRF) for a project in its Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at the Bihta campus in Bihar. The research focuses on secure maritime tactical communication, using a reconfigurable intelligent surface with a hybrid satellite and terrestrial network.
The project falls under the Prime Minister Early Career Research Grant (PMECRG) programme and is sponsored by the Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF)/SERB. Service Conditions and Caveats

पात्रता मानदंड

M.Tech/MSc/MS in Electronics and Communication Engineering or VLSI with at least 55% marks, or B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering.
आवश्यक कौशल
Desired: proficiency in VLSI design for wireless communication using FPGA-based modelling. Experience with AMD Vivado design suite and Vitis tools is preferred.
