IIML EIC Executive Project Management Recruitment 2026: Overview
IIM Lucknow Enterprise Incubation Centre (IIML EIC), hosted by the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow, is recruiting an Executive Project Management on a consultant contract at its Noida campus. The role supports the Women’s Entrepreneurship Programme at the Noida campus. It combines participant coordination and programme administration, with travel between the Noida and Lucknow campuses for programme delivery. Participant support across programme cohorts is the central focus of this assignment.
Service Conditions and Caveats
- Consultant engagement: You join on an initial one-year contract. This is a time-bound consultant assignment with the incubation centre.
- Extension: A further term depends on project needs, your performance and the centre’s policy. Renewal is conditional rather than automatic. The notice also links continuation to the centre’s need for the role.
- Campus travel: Your work is based at Noida and includes travel between the Noida and Lucknow campuses to coordinate the programme.
- Interview expenses: You must meet your own travel and other incidental costs when attending an interview. The centre will not reimburse these expenses, so keep this condition in mind when planning your attendance.

पात्रता मानदंड
न्यूनतम योग्यता
MBA, PGDBM, B.Tech or graduation in a relevant business field from a reputed institute.
वांछित योग्यता
Experience managing MDP and EDP programmes from start to finish is an advantage.
आवश्यक कौशल
Project management, documentation, attention to detail, communication, collaboration and ability to handle multiple projects within deadlines.
