IIM Indore Research Associate Recruitment 2026: Overview
Indian Institute of Management Indore (IIM Indore) is hiring a Research Associate on contract for its research project "Weaving Tenets of Third-Place Evangelism", a study in the marketing domain. This is a short project engagement under Recruitment Notification No. 07/2026, so it suits you if you want hands-on research experience at one of India's top business schools rather than a long-term post.
The institute is looking for someone with an MBA in Marketing or a close discipline and a real interest in market research and consumer behaviour. A PhD in a related field, finished or still in progress, and peer-reviewed publications will help your case but are not compulsory. If you are comfortable with both qualitative and quantitative methods and enjoy working with data, this role fits you well.
Service Conditions and Caveats
- Nature of engagement: The post is on a contract basis and is tied to the research project; it is not a regular IIM Indore staff position.
- Tenure: The project engagement runs for four months.
- Work location: You will be based at IIM Indore, with travel to field locations as the project needs.
- Pay: The monthly pay is a consolidated amount; the notice lists no separate allowances.
- Shortlisting: Meeting the qualification does not guarantee a call. The institute may limit the selection process to a reasonable number of candidates and will contact only shortlisted applicants.
