ICMR-Centre for Cancer Pathology has extended the Senior Resident (Pathology) application deadline to 20 June 2026. The updated notice keeps one OBC-reserved post, age limit 45 years with OBC relaxation, and MD(Pathology)/DNB(Pathology)/DCP eligibility; applications are now to be sent by email.

ICMR-Centre for Cancer Pathology, Safdarjung Hospital Campus, New Delhi has issued an updated official notification for the Senior Resident (Pathology) post.

The application last date has been extended from 04 June 2026 to 20 June 2026.

  • Post: Senior Resident (Pathology)
  • Vacancy: One post, reserved for OBC
  • Qualification: MD (Pathology) / DNB (Pathology) / DCP, completed within the last 3 years
  • Age limit: Not exceeding 45 years, relaxable up to 5 years for OBC (Non Creamy Layer) as per Government instructions
  • Pay: 7th CPC pay matrix Level-11, with admissible Central Government allowances

  • Prepare research material, publications and presentations under the guidance of senior scientists
  • Guide and train postgraduate students and trainees in pathology techniques
  • Follow ICMR and institutional protocols for safety, quality and ethical research practices
