Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL), a Government of India enterprise, has released a notification for 1 Junior Manager (Mine)/Mine Foreman post at its Khetri Copper Complex (KCC) in Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan. HCL is India's only vertically integrated copper producer, engaged in the exploration, mining, and processing of copper ore, with major operations at Khetri (Rajasthan), Malanjkhand (Madhya Pradesh), and Ghatsila (Jharkhand). This is a contractual position under HCL's Scheme of Awarding Jobs Through Contractual Appointment on Full Time Fixed Tenure Basis (FTFT), as amended from time to time, and is open to retired personnel from PSUs (including HCL), government/semi-government organizations, Defence Services, or reputed private organizations. No written exam is required — selection is through a walk-in interview only.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: Matric / 10th Class Pass
• Experience: You need a minimum of 20 years of experience as a Mine Foreman in underground metalliferous mines
• Certificates: You must hold a valid Foreman's Certificate of Competency (Unrestricted) and a valid First Aid Certificate
• Background: Open to retired employees of PSUs (including HCL), government/semi-government organizations, Defence Services, or private organizations of repute
• Currently Employed Candidates: If you are already employed at a government or PSU organization, route your application through your employer so it is not rejected

Age Limit

• The maximum age limit is 63 years as on the date of the walk-in interview.
• You will initially be engaged for 1 year, which may be extended based on performance and requirement, up to a total of 5 years, subject to an upper age limit of 65 years.

Salary

• You will get Rs. 39,000 per month as fixed monthly emoluments.
• Plus 15% conveyance reimbursement of your fixed emoluments, taking your total monthly pay to Rs. 44,850.
• You will also get unfurnished company accommodation at normal rent and electricity (subject to availability), plus leave and medical facilities as per the scheme.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

The selection will be done through a walk-in interview:

1. Document Verification: HCL will verify your original certificates for age, qualification, statutory requirements (Foreman's Certificate, First Aid Certificate), and proof of your 20 years of experience, along with your last pay slip.
2. Walk-in Interview: Held on 27 August 2026 at 11:00 AM, 2nd Floor, Conference Hall, Administration Building, Khetri Copper Complex.
