Service Conditions and Caveats

• Contract tenure: the initial term is one year. UCIL may review it for a further one-year extension, but any extension depends on the company's need and your suitability.
• Experience-linked package: the fixed monthly package changes across the experience bands stated in the notice. Your completed relevant experience on the reference date determines the applicable band.
• Vacancy position: the notified requirement is tentative. UCIL may increase it if the company needs additional doctors.
• Language: knowledge of Telugu is essential because the Medical Officer will deal with employees, families and local service providers around the Tummalapalle Unit.
