Selection Process
EXIM Bank will first screen and shortlist applications based on your academic performance. Shortlisting happens in a 1:10 ratio — so for each post with 2 vacancies, up to 20 candidates will be called. Your total percentage across graduation and post-graduation determines your ranking. Shortlisted candidates then attend a personal interview at EXIM Bank's Mumbai Head Office, with second-class AC rail fare reimbursement on production of original tickets.

Procurement Officer
- Prepare procurement documents including EoI, RFP, and Tenders with detailed scope of work
- Coordinate purchasing contracts across departments for optimal efficiency
- Monitor all purchases to ensure compliance with procurement laws and policies
- Assess procurement requirements, identify supply sources, and manage contractual agreements
- Develop eligibility criteria, evaluation frameworks, and selection processes for tenders
- Manage outsourced service providers, contracts, and renewals
- Handle vendor relations, resolve invoice discrepancies, and address procurement complaints
- Track bidder queries on GeM, CPPP, and the Bank's tender portal
- Research market trends and price movements for goods and services
Officer Administration
- Oversee security, access control, housekeeping, and maintenance of office and residential premises
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party service contracts
- Handle safety management and ensure compliance with security protocols
- Coordinate energy audits, electrical audits, and safety inspections
- Liaise with government agencies and housing societies for Bank-owned properties
- Manage facility teams and outsourced service providers
- Advise senior management on facility management and premises procurement
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
पात्रता मानदंड
न्यूनतम योग्यता
Full-time B.E./B.Tech (any discipline, 60% marks) OR Full-time B.Com/BBA/B.Sc (60%) with full-time M.Com/MBA/M.Sc (60%) from a recognized university
वांछित योग्यता
Industry certifications like PMP, PMI, Prince 2, Certified Supply Chain Professional (for Procurement Officer). Facility management or material management certification (for Officer Administration). Defence services background preferred for Administration post.

Procurement Officer: Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience in procurement, operations, marketing, or supply chain management. Banking/financial sector experience is an advantage. GeM portal procurement experience is desirable. Officer Administration: Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience in Administration or Establishment department of a PSB/FI/PSU or a reputed private company. Prior Defence Services experience is preferable.
