EG Court Head Clerk Recruitment 2026: Overview
Principal District Court, East Godavari is seeking a Head-Clerk for the V Additional District Court at Rajamahendravaram. This is a contractual re-employment arrangement for retired judicial ministerial officers in the district judiciary. The fast track court continues on a permanent basis, but this individual appointment remains temporary and contractual.
Service Conditions and Caveats
- Re-employment arrangement: You would return to judicial service under a contract with the unit head. The notice treats the appointment as a fresh temporary engagement, rather than restoration of your former service position.
- Initial agreement: On appointment, you must sign an agreement with the concerned unit head for an initial period of one year. Any further renewal depends on that authority's decision and is not an automatic continuation.
- Further tenure: The court states that the period of re-employment will be decided from time to time. Keep this condition in mind when considering a longer commitment to the post.
- Ending the engagement: Your service can be ended at any time without a reason or advance notice. This condition applies even though the court itself has continued as a permanent fast track court.
- Workplace conduct: The notice expects sincere, courteous and honest service to the satisfaction of the presiding officers. Your engagement therefore remains subject to the court's expectations about conduct and performance.

The declaration in the application form makes you responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. The notice states that an untrue statement can disqualify you from appointment in the department.

Retired Chief Administrative Officer or Superintendent of the Andhra Pradesh Judicial Ministerial Service who retired on superannuation and has a satisfactory service record.
