Central University of Rajasthan (CURAJ), Ajmer has released advertisement number CURAJ/R/F.174/Rectt./2026/4709 dated 24 April 2026 for engagement of 1 Medical Officer (Male) at the University Health Centre. The post is under the Unreserved (UR) category, classified as Group A. Selection is through interview — there is no written exam. Candidates with MBBS qualification, including those with PG medical qualifications and prior hospital experience, are encouraged to apply.

Who Can Apply?

  • Essential Qualification: You must have an MBBS degree recognised by the Medical Council of India (MCI).

  • Provide OPD consultation and primary medical care to students, faculty and staff at the University Health Centre
  • Handle medical emergencies on campus and arrange referral to higher hospitals when needed
  • Prescribe medication, follow up on patient progress and maintain confidential medical records
  • Conduct routine health check-ups and preventive screenings on campus
  • Coordinate with district health authorities for vaccination, awareness and disease control programmes
  • Maintain stock and procurement records of essential medicines at the campus health centre
  • Follow MCI ethical guidelines and CURAJ administrative protocols at all times
