Who Can Apply?

This is a deputation recruitment — you must already be a serving officer in a central/state government department, university, PSU, or statutory/autonomous body. Fresh graduates and private-sector candidates cannot apply. Eligibility is grouped by pay level below:

Level 14 - Medical Superintendent (Rs. 1,44,200-2,18,200 + NPA):

• MBBS or equivalent medical qualification recognized under the Indian Medical Council Act, plus a postgraduate qualification (MD/MS) or MHA (Masters in Hospital Administration)
• 10 years of experience in hospital administration in a senior position, preferably in a 300+ bed hospital

Level 12 - Senior Analyst / System Analyst (Rs. 78,800-2,09,200):

• Officers holding an analogous post, or with 5 years of regular service in Grade Pay 6600 or above

Level 11 posts - Senior Programmer, Senior Procurement-cum-Stores Officer, Chief Dietician, Chief Medical Social Service Officer, Hospital Architect, Senior/Finance & Chief Accounts Officer, Executive Engineer (AC&R and Electrical) (Rs. 67,700-2,08,700):

• Officers holding an analogous post on regular basis, or with 5-10 years of regular service in Grade Pay 4600/5400 as applicable
• Post-specific technical qualifications apply — for example, BE/B.Tech/MCA with IT experience for Senior Programmer, a Degree in Architecture for Hospital Architect, MA in Social Work for Chief Medical Social Service Officer, and a Degree in Material Management for Stores-related posts

Level 10 posts - Chief Medical Record Officer, Supervising Medical Social Service Officer, Security Officer, Accounts Officer, Stores Officer (Rs. 56,100-1,77,500):

• Officers holding an analogous post, or with 2-3 years of regular service in Grade Pay 4600/4800
• Chief Medical Record Officer additionally needs a Degree in Medical Record Keeping and a typing speed of 35 WPM in English or 30 WPM in Hindi
• Security Officer should have a Police or Armed Forces/Para Military background with security-related experience

Level 7 posts - Assistant Accounts Officer, Senior Sanitation Officer, Assistant Stores Officer, Private Secretary, Assistant Engineer (Vigilance/Civil), Manager/Supervisor/Gas Officer, CSSD Supervisor, Chief Pharmacist (Rs. 44,900-1,42,400):

• Officers holding an analogous post, or with 5+ years of regular service in Grade Pay 4200
• Chief Pharmacist needs 5 years of service as Pharmacist Grade II

Level 6 posts - Senior Pharmacist, Pharmacist Grade I, Sanitation Officer (Rs. 35,400-1,12,400):

• Officers holding an analogous post, or with 6 years of regular service as Pharmacist Grade II in Grade Pay 2800

Age Limit

• Maximum age for Medical Superintendent is 58 years as on the last date of receipt of application.
• Maximum age for all other posts is 56 years as on the last date of receipt of application.

Salary

• Pay ranges from Level 6 (Rs. 35,400-1,12,400) for Pharmacist/Sanitation posts to Level 14 (Rs. 1,44,200-2,18,200) plus Non-Practicing Allowance (NPA) for Medical Superintendent.
• Most Group 'A' officer-level posts (Level 11) carry a pay of Rs. 67,700-2,08,700 per month.
• You will also get DA, HRA, and other allowances as per Government of India deputation norms.
• The deputation period is initially 3 years, as per DoPT norms.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

There is no written exam for these deputation posts. Selection happens in these stages:

1. Bio-data Screening: AIIMS Rishikesh will shortlist candidates based on their bio-data and eligibility.
2. Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
3. Document Verification: You must bring all original documents for verification at the time of the interview.
