AIIMS Mangalagiri Field Worker Recruitment 2026 - 1 Post

All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Mangalagiri (AIIMS Mangalagiri) is hiring 1 Field Worker on a purely contractual basis for the IGGAARL project funded by RySS (Rythu Sadhikara Samstha). The project is titled "Nutrient Analysis of Natural Farming Crops vs Conventional Farming and Impact of Natural Farming Foods consumption on nutritional status of women in reproductive age in nutri villages, in Andhra Pradesh." This is a 5-month contract position based in Andhra Pradesh, and the role involves extensive fieldwork across the state.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: You need to have passed High School (10th class) or equivalent from a recognised board.
• Experience: You should have 3 years of experience in a related field from a government institution or recognised institute.
• Equivalent experience: If you have passed Intermediate (12th class), it counts as 2 years of experience. If you hold a B.Sc. degree, it counts as 3 years of experience (so freshers with B.Sc. can also apply).

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 30 years (as on the date of interview, i.e., 30 March 2026).
• Age relaxation: Upper age limit may be relaxed as per Government of India rules for SC/ST/OBC and other reserved categories.

Salary

• You will receive a consolidated salary of Rs. 20,000 per month.
• No other allowances or facilities will be provided beyond this consolidated pay.
• No additional payment will be made for field visits.

Selection Process

The selection will be done in the following stages:

1. Document Verification: Your original certificates and documents will be checked at the venue on 30 March 2026 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
2. Walk-in Interview: Candidates who clear document verification will face a personal interview starting from 10:00 AM onwards on 30 March 2026.
3. Written Test (if needed): A written test may be held if the number of applicants is large.

The interview venue is Admin Block, Ground Floor, AIIMS Mangalagiri. Reporting time is 9:00 AM. Candidates arriving after 12:00 PM will not be allowed to register.

2. Attach self-attested copies of all your educational certificates, experience certificates, and ID proof.
3. Attach two passport-size photographs.

5. Write the post name "Field Worker" clearly in the subject line of your email.
6. After sending the email, appear in person at AIIMS Mangalagiri on 30 March 2026 for document verification and walk-in interview.

• Assist the research team in organising community meetings and awareness sessions in villages
• Prepare regular field reports and submit them to the Project Investigator
