Service Conditions and Caveats

• Tenure: the first engagement is for twelve months and remains purely contractual. It does not create a claim to regular appointment or permanent absorption in AIIMS Deoghar, ICMR or the Department of Health Research.
• Contract closure: the engagement ends automatically with the stated term unless both sides agree to renew it. Either side may also end it with one month's notice or salary in place of notice.
• Posting: the main position is at the MRU in Deoghar, but project needs may require work at rural areas or field sites.
