All India Institute of Medical Sciences Deoghar (AIIMS Deoghar) is engaging a Data Entry Operator for an investigator-led research grant in the Department of Pathology and Lab Medicine. The project studies whether multiphase FNAC training supported by telepathology can help health officers improve diagnosis of extra-pulmonary tuberculosis at the primary-care level. This is a research-support role rather than a regular administrative post, so your data work will contribute directly to a public-health study.

The project is funded through the Indian Council of Medical Research IIRPIG programme and is led by the department's principal investigator. The operator is expected to support accurate digital records, study documentation and routine office files for a team that may work beyond the main Deoghar campus. Service Conditions and Caveats

• Project contract: The engagement is temporary and linked to the externally funded research project. It gives no right to a regular AIIMS Deoghar appointment.
• Extension: The initial project engagement can be extended in further blocks after a satisfactory performance review, but not beyond the project requirement.
• Performance review: Work is reviewed every six months. Unsatisfactory performance may lead to termination with one month's notice or stipend in place of notice.
