IBITF Technical Associate Recruitment 2026: Overview
IIT Bhilai Innovation and Technology Foundation (IBITF) is hiring a Technical Associate for its hub at the IIT Bhilai permanent campus in Kutelabhata, Durg. This is a contractual role with a foundation that connects academic research, industry and entrepreneurship.
The foundation hosts IIT Bhilai’s Technology Innovation Hub for Financial Technologies. It was set up as a Section 8 not-for-profit company under the Department of Science and Technology’s National Mission on Interdisciplinary Cyber-Physical Systems; its wider work also supports technology development in agriculture and health.
Service Conditions and Caveats
- Contract period: The appointment runs up to June 2027. Any extension depends on your performance and the foundation’s requirements. The PDF gives this specific end point, even though the careers table describes the period more generally.
- Communication: IBITF will send call letters only by email. Keep access to the email account you use for your application so you can receive the foundation’s communication.
- Travel costs: The foundation will not pay travel or daily allowances for attending the interview. If you need to travel, you will bear those costs.

- Design software architecture and write clear, efficient application code.
- Prepare software requirements, functional requirements and business requirements documents.
- Prioritise development tasks and automate work with tools and scripts.
- Review and debug code and support software validation and testing.
- Administer Linux systems and maintain web application hosting.
- Apply server security policies and manage databases.
