TMC Senior Resident Anaesthesiology Recruitment 2026: Overview

Tata Memorial Centre (TMC), a grant-in-aid institution under the Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India, is hiring Senior Residents for the Department of Anaesthesiology, Critical Care and Pain at Tata Memorial Hospital, Parel, Mumbai. The residency is a fixed-term engagement that runs up to 31 July 2027, so it suits an anaesthesia postgraduate who wants senior residency experience in cancer anaesthesia, critical care and pain management at TMC's main hospital.

Selection is through a walk-in interview held in hybrid mode — you can attend in person in Mumbai or join virtually. The posts are open to Indian nationals only.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Tenure: The residency ends on 31 July 2027, whatever date you join.
• Equivalent degrees: Besides an MD in Anaesthesiology, an equivalent postgraduate degree such as a DNB is accepted.
• Hybrid interview: The virtual option is available only if your documents reach TMC by email before the cut-off the day before the interview.
• Nationality: Only Indian nationals can apply.
