M.E./M.Tech in Ocean Engineering, Marine Structures, Coastal Management, Marine Engineering and Management, Dredging and Harbour Engineering, Coastal and Harbour Engineering or equivalent; OR B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering; OR M.Sc in Physical Oceanography or equivalent; OR Ph.D in Oceanography or Marine Science. The relevant post-degree experience specified for each route is mandatory.

Experience with ADCIRC, WW3, SWAN, DELFT3D, MIKE by DHI or TELEMAC; coastal physical-measurement field deployments; data analysis; report writing and technical or research publications; computer programming; knowledge of Matlab and Python.
