Research Designs and Standards Organisation (RDSO) is seeking serving railway staff for Senior Section Engineer (Inspection/S&T) assignments in its inspection units. • Parent cadre: You remain in an ex-cadre assignment at RDSO. Any further promotion is available only through your parent cadre.

• Repeat tenure: A three-year cooling-off period applies between RDSO tenures. Applications for a second tenure are considered only when there are too few first-time applicants.

• Availability of inspection work: RDSO may use other agencies for inspections in future. Selection and posting depend on inspection posts remaining available, and you can be sent back when the administration no longer needs your services.
