MAIDS Multi-Post Oral Health Recruitment 2026: Overview

Maulana Azad Institute of Dental Sciences (MAIDS) is hiring for the National Resource Centre for Oral Health and Tobacco Cessation in New Delhi. The project receives grant support from the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. These are short-term project contracts, with separate medical research and information technology posts.

Posts and Disciplines

• Project Research Scientist-III (Medical): This is the medical research post under the oral health and tobacco cessation project.
• Young Professional-II (IT): This is the information technology post under the same project. Use the application form for this role if you are applying for the IT position.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Contract period: The appointment runs only until 31 March 2027. An extension of up to one year may follow, depending on performance and other relevant criteria.
• Regular appointment: The project appointment gives you no right to a regular institute post. An extension is conditional.
• Recruitment changes: The institute can change the number of posts, withdraw all or part of the recruitment, or reject applications without giving reasons.
• Application completeness: Missing information or supporting copies can lead to rejection without a separate message.
• Travel costs: You will not receive travel or other allowances for attending the interview or joining.
• Official updates: The institute will publish recruitment schedules, candidate lists, the selected list and the waiting list on its website. Its selection decision is final.
