IIML Senior Research Assistant Recruitment 2026: Overview
Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (IIML) is hiring a Senior Research Assistant for its Information Technology & Systems Area at Lucknow. You will work with Dr Ashutosh Jha in a contractual research support role. The appointment brings you into faculty-led academic research, with work connected to research projects and publications. The contract can be extended, but an extension depends on your performance and the institute’s needs.
Service Conditions and Caveats
- Initial appointment: Your contract starts with a six-month term. This is the period stated in the notice, so you should plan around that initial commitment when considering the role.
- Extension: IIML may continue the appointment after the initial term if your performance and its requirements support an extension. A longer engagement is conditional; the notice does not promise an automatic renewal.

Regular-mode postgraduate degree in Management, Information Technology, Social Sciences or a related subject from a reputed institution, with First Class performance throughout. At least two years of relevant post-qualification experience.
ترجیحی تعلیمی قابلیت
Research experience supporting publication through data collection or analysis, or research papers published in reputed journals.

Desirable: proficiency in Excel, R/Python and/or NVivo.
