Manager (Human Resource & Administration) — Rs. 78,800/month

• Option A: MBA in HR Management from a recognised institute/university + 5 years experience in HR, Admin & Personnel matters
• Option B: Degree in HR from a recognised institute/university + 10 years experience in HR, Admin & Personnel matters
• Mandatory: Knowledge of Konkani + Residence in Goa for 15 years

Deputy Manager (Human Resource & Administration) — Rs. 67,700/month

• MBA (Personnel or HR) with 2 years experience in HR/Personnel matters, or equivalent
• Mandatory: Knowledge of Konkani + Residence in Goa for 15 years

Assistant Manager (Civil) — Rs. 53,100/month

• B.E. (Civil) from a recognised university
• 3 years experience in Civil Engineering (Buildings, Bridges, and Roads)
• Mandatory: Knowledge of Konkani + Residence in Goa for 15 years

Assistant Manager (Electrical) — Rs. 53,100/month

• B.E. (Electrical) from a recognised university
• 3 years experience in Electrical Engineering
• Mandatory: Knowledge of Konkani + Residence in Goa for 15 years

Junior Executive — Rs. 35,400/month

• Graduation in Commerce or Science
• 3 years experience as Assistant/Clerk
• Mandatory: Knowledge of Konkani + Residence in Goa for 15 years

Junior Stenographer — Rs. 29,200/month

• Graduation in any faculty
• Shorthand speed: minimum 100 w.p.m.
• Typewriting speed: minimum 40 w.p.m.
• 2 years experience as stenographer
• Mandatory: Knowledge of Konkani + Residence in Goa for 15 years

Typist — Rs. 29,200/month

• Graduation in any field from a recognised university
• Typing speed: minimum 40 w.p.m.
• 2–3 years experience as typist
• Mandatory: Knowledge of Konkani + Residence in Goa for 15 years

Attendant — Rs. 18,000/month

• Higher Secondary Certificate (12th pass)
• 3 years experience in the relevant line
• Mandatory: Knowledge of Konkani + Residence in Goa for 15 years

Selection Process

Selection is based on merit and interview. No written exam is mentioned.
