NABARD Consultancy Services (NABCONS) is hiring an Accounts and Procurement Assistant as project-based contract staff for a project management unit supporting PM-MKSSY. Service Conditions and Caveats

• Project tenure: The initial contract runs until 31 March 2027. It may be extended depending on project needs and your performance, or end with the project. An extension is not automatic.
• Posting flexibility: Hyderabad is the listed base, but NABCONS can post you elsewhere in India if the project needs it. The notice does not limit your assignment permanently to the initial location.
• Travel: Your work may involve travel within the state and to other parts of the country. Consider this condition alongside the location shown in the vacancy table.
• Accommodation: NABCONS will not provide accommodation for the appointed person. You need to make your own living arrangements.
• Regular appointment: This project contract gives you no legal claim to regular absorption, either during the engagement or after it ends. It also gives you no claim to seniority.
• Outside work: You cannot take another part-time or full-time job, outside assignment or business during the contract. Joining another organisation without prior information ends the engagement automatically, and NABCONS may claim compensation or damages.
• Attendance costs: NABCONS will not reimburse expenses you incur to attend the interview. Its location will be given in the call letter, and the organisation may use an in-person or virtual format.
• Results: NABCONS will place the selected and waitlisted names on its website after completing recruitment. Individual correspondence from non-selected applicants will not be entertained.
• Information accuracy: Your application details remain subject to checks. Incorrect information or failure to meet the stated requirements can lead to cancellation, including after joining.
• Recruitment discretion: NABCONS may change the number of posts, leave the position unfilled or cancel recruitment. Any future corrigendum will appear on its website.

• Help prepare quarterly and annual financial management reports.

• Support monitoring, evaluation and verification consultants.
• Track functional metrics to improve spending and effectiveness.
