Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER) is recruiting a Project Technical Support-III team member for the SMART elderly-health study in Puducherry. Funded by the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), the project examines how the Ayushman Bharat elderly-health package can work in primary care through a hybrid type 2 effectiveness implementation study. Service Conditions and Caveats

• Project appointment: You will join an externally funded research project. The appointment gives you no claim to a regular position at JIPMER, either during the engagement or after it ends.
• Tenure: The likely initial term is one year. It may continue for up to three years if your performance is satisfactory, but continuation depends on the project and its external funding.
• Changes to the engagement: The Project Investigator may extend or shorten the appointment. Treat the stated duration as a project arrangement rather than a promise of uninterrupted employment.
• Field travel: The application asks whether you are willing to travel to field locations and other centres for the study. Consider that part of the project setting when deciding whether to apply.
• Accuracy of information: False claims or attempts to influence recruitment can lead to rejection. If discovered after appointment, they can also result in termination.
• Travel expenses: JIPMER does not pay travel or daily allowance for attending. You should make your own arrangements for the visit.
• Project decisions: The Project Investigator’s recruitment decision is final. The notice allows stricter screening when the volume of applications is large.

Confirm the precise reporting venue with the institute before travelling. The written test starts at 9:00 AM, with interviews from 3:00 PM for those who qualify.
