Who Can Apply?

Mess Manager

Lower Division Clerk (LDC)

  • Qualification: You must have passed Matriculation or equivalent from a recognised board.
  • Typing: You need typing speed of 40 WPM in English and 35 WPM in Hindi or regional language on computer.
  • Additional: Shorthand knowledge and ability to write official English letters will help.
  • Computer skills: MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, bookkeeping, and inventory knowledge are preferred.

Age Limit

  • Mess Manager: 21 to 50 years as on 01 August 2026.
  • Medical Officer: 21 to 50 years as on 01 August 2026.
  • LDC: 18 to 50 years as on 01 August 2026.

Salary

  • Mess Manager: Rs. 29,200 plus DA per month, Level-5, with pay range Rs. 29,200 to Rs. 92,300.
  • Medical Officer (Part-time): Rs. 45,000 per month consolidated pay.
  • LDC: Rs. 19,900 plus DA per month, Level-2, with pay range Rs. 19,900 to Rs. 63,200.

Selection Process

The school will shortlist applicants and call them for a three-stage selection process.

  1. Written Test: 50 marks. The paper has General Knowledge, General English, Basic Maths, and a subject test of appropriate level.
  2. Skill / Proficiency Test: 50 marks. This includes skill testing in the relevant field; for LDC, typing ability is important.
  3. Interview: The interview checks knowledge in the respective field and topics decided by the selection board.
  4. Document Check: Bring original documents and one copy of the application at the time of selection.

You need at least 33% marks in the written test to move to the next stage. The board may raise the qualifying level up to 50% for shortlisting.
