• Registration: You need valid registration with Karnataka State Medical Council (KMC) or NMC.

Experience and Documents

• Teaching experience, publications and academic records must match the NMC criteria for the post you choose.
• If you are already working, carry a No Objection Certificate from your present employer on the interview day.
• If you apply for more than one cadre, submit a separate application and fee for each cadre.

Age Limit

• Faculty posts: Less than 69 years, including all category relaxation, on the date of interview.
• Senior Resident: Less than 45 years, including all category relaxation, on the date of interview.
• Age reference date: The interview date is 15 June 2026.

Salary

• Professor: Rs. 2,46,006 per month.
• Associate Professor: Rs. 1,63,589 per month.
• Assistant Professor: Rs. 1,40,545 per month, though no Assistant Professor vacancy is listed in this notice.
• Senior Resident: Rs. 1,40,545 per month.
• Allowances: TA and DA on TA will apply as per ESIC rules.

The engagement is purely contractual. ESIC can extend faculty contracts for another one or two years after satisfactory performance and approval, but Senior Resident engagement is listed for 1 year. At joining, the selected doctor has to submit a security deposit equal to the monthly consolidated pay for the post, through Demand Draft in favour of ESI Corporation payable at Kalaburagi. The appointment also depends on medical fitness and verification of original certificates.

• All other categories: Rs. 300.
• Payment mode: Demand Draft in favour of ESI Corporation, payable at Kalaburagi. The DD must be issued after the advertisement date.

Selection Process

1. Walk-in registration: Report at the venue between 09:00 AM and 10:30 AM on 15 June 2026. Late reporting is not accepted.
