Team Lead - Data Governance & Coordination
- Qualification: You need a Master's degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, related social science, MBA, PG Diploma in Management, or Technology Management, along with B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related engineering field.
- Experience: You need 12 to 15 years of experience in government, public sector, multilateral organisations, large e-governance programmes, digital transformation, or inter-ministerial coordination.
- Preferred: PMP, PRINCE2, Digital Governance certification, and experience with Digital Public Infrastructure such as DigiLocker, API Setu, UPI, or Aadhaar will help.
Technology, Standards, DPI, and Privacy Roles
- Data Standards & Interoperability Specialist: You need B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field. M.Tech/M.Sc in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or Information Systems is desirable. The role needs 8 to 10 years of work in government IT systems, enterprise data architecture, APIs, metadata, or integration middleware.
- Digital Platforms & DPI Integration Specialist: You need B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, IT, or Electronics, with 6 to 8 years of experience in digital platform deployment, systems integration, cloud infrastructure, APIs, or DPI platforms.
- Data Privacy, Security & Compliance Officer: You need B.Tech or equivalent in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or IT. Professional certifications such as CIPP, CISSP, CISM, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor are listed as essential in the PDF.
