Who Can Apply?

Project Coordinator - Child Helpline

• Qualification: You need a Post Graduate or Graduate degree in Social Work, Sociology, Child Development, Human Rights, Public Administration, Psychology, Psychiatry, Law, Public Health, or Community Resource Management from a recognised university.
• Experience: You need experience in project formulation, implementation, monitoring and supervision, preferably in Women and Child Development or Social Welfare.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in computers is required. Preference may be given to people who have worked in Emergency Helplines.

Counsellor - District Child Protection Unit

• Qualification: You need a Graduate degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Public Health or Counselling from a recognised university.
• Alternative Qualification: A PG Diploma in Counselling and Communication is also accepted.
• Experience: At least 1 year of counselling experience with a government or NGO organisation is required, preferably in Women and Child Development.

Case Worker - Child Helpline

• Qualification: You must have passed 12th class from a recognised board or equivalent board.
• Skills: Good communication skills are required, and experienced candidates get weightage.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in computers is required. Preference may be given to candidates with emergency helpline experience.

Common Condition

• Meghalaya Citizen: The notice is for candidates who are citizens of Meghalaya.

Age Limit

• You should be between 21 and 32 years of age as on 1 January 2026.
