Central University of Andhra Pradesh System Analyst Recruitment 2026 - 1 Post

Central University of Andhra Pradesh (CUAP) has released Notification No. CUAP/Estt./2024-25/JOB dated 11 June 2026 for one System Analyst position. The engagement is initially for 1 year and may be extended after performance review and approval. This is a good fit if you have strong programming, database and operating system experience and want a university IT role at Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh.

Who Can Apply?

Education and Experience Route 1

• Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering or Electronics Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 5 years programming experience in C/C++/Java, databases such as MySQL or Oracle, PHP and related systems
• Platforms: You should know WINDOWS, LINUX or UNIX platforms

Education and Experience Route 2

• Qualification: M.E. / M.Tech in CSE or Electronics Engineering, or M.Sc Computer Science, or MCA
• Experience: Minimum 3 years programming experience in C/C++/Java, MySQL/Oracle, PHP and operating system platforms
• Organisation type: Experience should be from a recognised public, PSU or private organisation

Preferred Skills

• Certifications: CCNA / CCNP, AWS / Azure / GCP, ITIL Foundation, Oracle / MySQL DBA, CEH / CISSP / CompTIA Security+
• Higher education IT: ERP systems such as SAMARTH, SAP or Oracle, LDAP/Active Directory, LMS such as Moodle and academic portal management
• Technology areas: Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Big Data Analytics, e-governance, NIC infrastructure and MEITY guidelines

Salary

• The monthly pay is negotiable based on your qualification and experience.
• The final decision on pay will be taken by the Executive Council.
• The notification does not mention a fixed salary range, so check the official notice and CUAP updates before applying.

• UR / OBC / EWS: Rs. 1,000
• SC / ST / Women: Rs. 500

Engagement Terms

• Initial duration: The System Analyst engagement is for 1 year at first.
• Extension: CUAP may extend it after checking performance and getting approval from the competent authority.
• Early ending: The University can end the engagement before 1 year if performance is unsatisfactory or misconduct is reported.
• No regular claim: This temporary/contract engagement does not give any right to regular appointment or absorption in the University.
• Work timing: Duty timing may be staggered as decided by CUAP.
• No TA/accommodation: CUAP will not provide travel allowance or accommodation for attending interaction, test or engagement-related steps.

Documents to Keep Ready

You should keep degree certificates, marks sheets, experience certificates, professional certification proof and self-attested supporting documents ready before filling the SAMARTH form.

• Qualification proof: B.E./B.Tech, M.E./M.Tech, M.Sc Computer Science or MCA certificates and marks sheets, as applicable
• Experience proof: Certificates showing programming, database and platform experience from recognised organisations
• Skill proof: Certification proof for cloud, networking, DBA, cyber security, ERP or higher education IT experience, if claimed
• Original documents: CUAP will ask you to show originals at the interaction or interview stage
• Correct information: False or unsupported details can lead to rejection or termination even after engagement

Important CUAP Updates

• Email communication: CUAP will send interaction or selection-related communication only to the email address you enter in the online application.
• Website updates: Any addendum or corrigendum will be uploaded on the CUAP website, so you should check it regularly after applying.
• Document responsibility: CUAP will process your form based on the information and documents you submit online, so every claim should be supported by proof.

Selection Process

CUAP may use interaction/interview, or may add a written test and skill test depending on the requirement of the post.

1. Application Scrutiny: CUAP checks the details and documents submitted in the online application.
2. Shortlisting: If applications are high, CUAP may call candidates in a reasonable ratio based on higher qualification and experience.
3. Written Test / Skill Test, if used: The University may decide the test mode and criteria for the System Analyst role.
4. Interaction / Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be contacted through the email address given in the online form.
5. Document Verification: You must show original documents at the time of interaction or interview.
