Telecommunications Consultants India Limited (TCIL) is recruiting IT professionals for an oil and gas project in Kuwait. The work is on a contractual secondment basis through its Kuwait project office. Your employment contract will be with Ahmed Yousuf Behbehani General Trading & Contracting Co. (AYB), TCIL’s local sponsor.

TCIL works under the Department of Telecommunications, Ministry of Communications, Government of India. Its Kuwait office has worked on telecom infrastructure, including underground cable networks and ducted routes; this notice concerns personnel supplied to an oil and gas client.

• Cloud delivery and design: Cloud Services Implementation Engineer, Senior Cloud Project and Services Consultant, Cloud Solution Architect and Cloud Integration Developer.
• Technical consulting and security: Senior Technical Consultant, Cloud Security Consultant and Senior Engineer IT.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Contracting organisation: AYB will issue the employment contract. Your engagement is tied to the Kuwait project arrangement described in the notice.
• Project location: The assignment is in Kuwait. TCIL’s New Delhi head office is not the work location for these posts.
• Travel readiness: After selection and completion of visa formalities, you must be ready to travel promptly when the project needs you.
• Visa support: TCIL Kuwait will arrange the work visa, while AYB will issue it as the local sponsor. You are responsible for completing the formalities assigned to applicants in India.
• Recruitment agents: TCIL says no recruitment agent is involved. Do not pay anyone claiming to arrange selection; TCIL and AYB will not take responsibility for such payments.
• Cancellation: TCIL and AYB may cancel an applicant’s recruitment at any stage.
• Disputes: Recruitment-related disputes fall under Kuwait’s jurisdiction.
