Service Conditions and Caveats

• Initial engagement: Your contract can run for up to three years or until the project ends, whichever comes first. Any extension depends on your performance and the project’s needs and duration.

• Regular appointment: This engagement does not give you a right to a regular C-DAC post. The contract continues only within the terms attached to project employment.
• Changes to recruitment: C-DAC can change the advertised openings, leave posts unfilled, or alter or cancel the recruitment. It can also change the assessment arrangements.
• Travel costs: No travel or daily allowance is payable for attending a written test or interview. You need to meet those costs yourself.
• Internal applicants: A selected C-DAC employee must resign from the existing service and join the selected post as a fresh employee.
• Communication: C-DAC sends call letters and other correspondence by email, without a paper copy. Check your registered inbox and the official website for amendments.
• Interpretation and jurisdiction: The English notice applies if versions differ. Recruitment disputes fall under the courts or tribunals with jurisdiction over Noida or New Delhi.
