All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Mangalagiri is recruiting Senior Residents (Medical Officers) for its Addiction Treatment Facility (ATF) in the Department of Psychiatry. Service Conditions and Caveats

• Contract period: The appointment runs for eleven months from the start of the contract. You will work full-time under the ATF project rather than joining the institute's regular establishment.
• Continuation: This appointment gives you no right to regular appointment, permanent absorption or continued contractual employment. Renewal or termination depends on the institute's policies and needs.
• Notice period: Either side may end the engagement with one month's notice. The notice also states that failure to provide the required notice may make the person responsible for paying one month's salary.
• Work review: Your work and conduct will be reviewed periodically. If the institute finds these unsatisfactory, it can end the engagement immediately without notice.
• Project administration: The ATF Nodal Officer at AIIMS Mangalagiri handles the administrative side. The Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment funds these posts, and the relevant health-mission or central-scheme norms govern the engagement.
• Conduct: Institute rules of conduct and discipline apply. A person convicted by a court cannot take up the appointment under the notice's conditions.
• Accuracy of information: False declarations or hiding information relevant to appointment can result in immediate removal from service. The appointing authority may also take further action.
• Committee discretion: The committee can relax or change qualifications, experience and other conditions at its discretion. Meeting the stated minimum conditions does not guarantee appointment, and the committee's decision is final.
• Travel costs: You will need to meet your own travel costs for attending the interview and joining the post. No travelling or other allowance is provided for these purposes.
