Pedagogy posts: Postgraduate degree in the relevant discipline with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade, B.Ed. with at least 55%, and NET/SLET/SET or Ph.D. in Education or the relevant subject under applicable UGC rules. Educational Studies: M.Ed. with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade, and NET/SLET/SET or Ph.D. in Education, or another qualification prescribed by UGC for the post.

Pedagogy: M.Ed. or M.Ed. with specialisation, and Ph.D. in Education. Educational Studies: Master's degree in Psychology, Philosophy, Sociology or allied subjects.
