SU Assistant Professor Education Recruitment 2026: Overview

Sambalpur University (SU) is recruiting temporary contractual teachers for the Integrated Teacher Education Programme (ITEP) in its Department of Education at Jyoti Vihar, Odisha. The notice brings Educational Studies, social-science pedagogy and language pedagogy into the same recruitment. You should read the conditions for your teaching group because the university has separate subject groupings within this programme.

  • Assistant Professor in Educational Studies: This group sits within the Education department's ITEP teaching programme.
  • Assistant Professor in Liberal Discipline and Pedagogy, Social Science: The subjects are History, Geography, Political Science and Economics. These form the social-science group in the same departmental recruitment.
