SDAU Young Professional-I Recruitment 2026: Overview
Sardarkrushinagar Dantiwada Agricultural University (SDAU) in Banaskantha, Gujarat, is hiring one Young Professional-I (YP-I) at its Bio Science Research Centre (BSRC). The post is funded by the plan scheme "Strengthening of Referral Laboratory for Seed Spices", so the work is tied to the university's seed spices testing lab. This is a short contractual engagement through a walk-in interview, not a regular university job.
The notice is a good fit for a Biochemistry or Life Sciences graduate who wants lab experience. If you also hold an M.Sc. in Biochemistry or Life Sciences and have worked on chromatography and mass spectrometry instruments such as LC-MS/MS or GC-MS/MS, the selection committee will prefer you.
Service Conditions and Caveats
- Tenure: The engagement lasts 11 months from appointment or until the project ends, whichever comes first. SDAU does not promise any job after that.
- Performance clause: If your work is not satisfactory or there is misconduct, the service can be ended without prior notice, even before the term is over.
- Committee decision: The selection committee's decision is final, and it may choose not to fill the post at all.
- No travel costs: No TA/DA is paid for attending the interview.
