Rajnandgaon Forest Produce Manager Recruitment 2026: Overview

The District Small Forest Produce Cooperative Union Limited, Rajnandgaon (Chhattisgarh) is filling Manager posts in nine primary forest produce cooperative societies that run tendu leaf collection in the villages of the Rajnandgaon forest belt. Each society hires its own Manager, and only local people from that society's area can apply. This is a regular post: after a one-year probation, the selected Manager is made permanent.

The biggest point of this notice is the tendu leaf link. You must come from a tendu leaf collector family of the society area, so the job is meant for young people from forest-dependent families who have finished Class 12 and know how to use a computer.

Posts and Disciplines

Every post is the same job — Manager of one primary society, all unreserved. You apply for the society whose collection area covers your village:

• Sharda society: Sharda, Pendodi, Mundeli, Nalkasa, Nawagaon and the other tendu collection villages listed under it.
• Aundhi society: Badgaon, Jamdi, Shaktighat, Bodegaon and nearby collection villages.
• Sendewahi society: Sendewahi, Netamtola and nearby villages.
• Dangarh society: Dangarh, Puttargondi, Kodemara, Kattapar, Somatola and nearby villages.
• Kumhli society: Kumhli, Salamtola, Bogatola and nearby villages.
• Mudpar society: Mudpar, Vicharpur, Thakurbandha, Belarpur and nearby villages.
• Chilhati society: Mirche, Bogatola, Mohgaon and nearby villages.
• Bamhni Charbhata society: Bamhni, Charbhata, Bajrangpur and nearby villages.
• Khobha society: Khobha, Gopalpur, Bazartola and nearby villages.

Check the full village list in the notice table before you apply — you must live in the area of the society you choose.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Local residence: you must be a resident of the area of the society you apply for.
• Tendu collector family: your family must have collected tendu leaves in that society's area in at least three of the five years before appointment, and you attach a self-attested copy of the tendu leaf collection card.
• Computer course is compulsory: the computer certificate, diploma or degree must come from a recognised body such as a government ITI (COPA), a state technical board, a university, DOEACC or a government-recognised DCA course.
• Merit-based selection: there is no written test. A merit list is prepared from your Class 12 marks, graduation marks and computer qualification; on equal marks, the older candidate gets the higher rank.
• Security deposit: before joining you deposit Rs. 10,000 with the society in cash, as a fixed deposit or as a solvency.
• Before joining: police verification and a fitness certificate from the District Hospital Medical Board are compulsory.
• Pay: salary is set by the Chhattisgarh State Minor Forest Produce Federation, Raipur, and travel allowance is paid at Union-approved rates.
• Who cannot apply: anyone dismissed from another job, facing or convicted in a criminal case, or a defined relative of a board member of the District Union or the primary society under the Chhattisgarh Cooperative Societies Act, 1960.
• Working candidates: if you work in a government or semi-government body, you need a No Objection Certificate from your employer at document checking.

Fill the prescribed application form (attached to the notice and available on rajnandgaon.nic.in and mohla-manpur-ambagarhchowki.cg.gov.in) and send it only by registered post or speed post to The Managing Director, District Small Forest Produce Cooperative Union Limited, near Patal Bhairavi Mandir, opposite PTS, Rajnandgaon 491441.

Write the post name and the society name clearly on the sealed envelope. Forms delivered by hand, by email or any other electronic mode are not accepted, and forms arriving after the deadline are ignored.
