Post-wise Duties

Attendant

Trade Helper

You will help with equipment upkeep and cleaning in areas such as operation theatres, intensive care, diagnostic services, laboratories or engineering. The notice also includes miscellaneous office work within this support role.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Transfer commitment: You must serve at your assigned location for at least five years before requesting a transfer. TMC can transfer staff when its units need them.
• Appointment terms: Although this is a permanent-post advertisement, TMC retains the option to offer a fixed-term contract appointment. Check the terms in any offer you receive.
• Academic designation: Medical staff can receive a teaching designation based on their teaching experience under National Medical Commission norms.
• Nationality and clearances: Indian citizens, Overseas Citizens of India cardholders and foreign nationals can apply subject to the stated requirements. Appointment depends on the necessary approvals.
• Professional development: Officers can receive institutional support for medical meetings, workshops and conferences after completing probation, under TMC rules.

• Information and conduct: Incorrect or incomplete information can lead to cancellation, including after appointment. Canvassing leads to disqualification, and disputes fall under Mumbai jurisdiction.
