THSTI Multi-Post Recruitment 2026: Overview

BRIC-Translational Health Science and Technology Institute (BRIC-THSTI) is recruiting a clinical and field team for the Placenta Health Project – Adaptive Dose Finding Platform In India, led by Dr. Nitya Wadhwa. These short-term project appointments support research involving pregnant women and their babies at participating hospitals in Delhi. Your work will connect hospital visits, laboratory samples and follow-up in the community.

Posts and Disciplines

• Research Nurse: A participant-facing role at AIIMS, GTB Hospital or LHMC in Delhi, supporting the clinical side of the study.
• Technician: A laboratory support role based at a participating hospital, with study-related travel to THSTI in Faridabad and the central laboratory at AIIMS.
• Field Worker: A hospital and community role that links the study team with participating women and their newborns.

Post-wise Duties

Research Nurse

You will help screen women attending the hospital, obtain informed consent and deliver the assigned study intervention under its protocol. Your clinical records will cover examinations, adverse events, study medicines and follow-up visits. The work also includes reminder calls, home visits where needed and communication with participants outside regular hours when the study needs it.

Technician

You will collect, process and store clinical blood samples, arrange their movement to laboratories and keep records of each sample. You will also keep equipment-use and calibration records, record test results, prepare routine laboratory materials and follow the study's safety procedures.

Field Worker

You will move study supplies and samples, collect laboratory reports and help track site inventory. You will contact participants about follow-up, make home visits when needed and help the clinical team keep its site records organised.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Project tenure: Extensions depend on your performance and the remaining project period. The appointment creates no right to regular employment.
• Working arrangements: Research Nurses may work shifts or general duties. Participant support can involve contact beyond normal working hours.
• Travel: Technician and Field Worker appointments include movement between study facilities. Field Workers also undertake community and home visits.
• Recruitment changes: THSTI may change staffing requirements according to the project's needs.
• Communication: Individual communication is by email, while results and recruitment notices appear on the THSTI website.

The walk-in venue is THSTI, NCR Biotech Science Cluster, 3rd Milestone, Faridabad-Gurugram Expressway, Faridabad 121001. Report at 9:00 am for your role; late arrivals will not be admitted. At THSTI, you must deposit your mobile phone and valid identity proof at reception until the recruitment proceedings finish.
