NFSU Delhi Field Investigator ICSSR Recruitment 2026

NFSU Field Investigator Recruitment 2026: Overview

National Forensic Sciences University (NFSU), an Institution of National Importance under the Ministry of Home Affairs, is hiring a full-time Field Investigator at its Delhi Campus in Rohini. The post is part of an ICSSR and minor research project titled Climate Change Induced Migration and Human Rights: A Study of Uttarakhand and Delhi.

This is short-term project work, not a regular university job. Selection is through a walk-in interview, so there is no online form to fill. If you hold a Social Science degree and want hands-on research experience on migration and human rights, this is a good starting point.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Fixed duration: The engagement runs for four months only, and you join as project staff for that fixed term.
• Consolidated pay: The amount is a fixed consolidated figure; the notice lists no separate allowances.
• Marks condition: Your graduation must be in any Social Science discipline with at least the minimum percentage the notice sets.
• Preference: Candidates who completed a four-year graduation programme get preference over three-year graduates.
• Purely contractual: The post is purely contractual and is tied to the project.
