Service Conditions and Caveats

• Contract length: The initial engagement can run for up to three years or until the project finishes, whichever comes first. Further continuation depends on your performance and the project requirement and duration.
• Work assignment: C-DAC may assign you to a different project. The entries name Mumbai, but the terms also allow assignment or transfer to project locations across India when the organization needs it.
• Employment status: A project contract does not create a right to a regular C-DAC appointment. Consider that condition alongside the work area before choosing your application.
• Recruitment flexibility: C-DAC may change the number of openings, decide not to fill a post, or change or cancel part or all of the recruitment. An advertised role is therefore subject to the centre’s final requirements.
• Travel expenses: You will not receive travel or daily allowance for attending a written test or interview. Plan for any travel costs yourself.
• Internal applicants: If selected, an existing C-DAC employee must resign from the current service and join the new post as a fresh employee.
