Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) is taking on graduate, diploma and trade apprentices at its Navi Mumbai unit in Taloja. This is a training engagement under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) and National Apprentice Promotion Scheme (NAPS), through the Board of Apprenticeship Training (BOAT). • Employment after training: You cannot claim a permanent appointment on the strength of this apprenticeship. BEL also does not take responsibility for employment or placement after the programme ends.
• Accommodation: BEL does not provide a place to stay. You will need to make your own arrangements if attending or joining from outside Navi Mumbai.
• Canteen: A canteen facility is available at nominal rates, so it is a paid facility rather than free boarding.
• Travel: BEL will not pay travel or daily allowance for attending the recruitment drive. Plan your journey with that condition in mind.
