AIIMS CAPFIMS Group A and Group B Recruitment 2026: Overview

All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi is recruiting serving officers for its CAPFIMS Centre at Maidan Garhi. This deputation drive brings together administrative, finance, examination, nursing, engineering and stores roles. Your application must come through your parent employer, because this is a transfer-based engagement under deputation terms.

Posts and Disciplines

• Administrative Officer: the administration and establishment stream, with accounts experience also relevant to the role.
• Accounts Officer: the accounts and finance stream for officers from the specified government bodies.
• Assistant Controller of Examination: the examinations stream, where the notice stresses integrity and the handling of confidential official matters.
• Chief Nursing Officer: the nursing administration stream at the centre.
• Executive Engineer, Civil: the civil engineering stream, with the Central Public Works Department (CPWD) as the first source of officers.
• Executive Engineer, Air-conditioning and Refrigeration: the engineering stream covering air-conditioning and refrigeration systems.
• Assistant Engineer, Air-conditioning and Refrigeration: a separate engineering cadre with its own service and technical conditions.
• Senior Store Officer: the senior stores stream, with medical stores experience preferred.
• Store Officer: a separate stores cadre with different feeder-grade service conditions from the senior post.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Deputation tenure: the normal period should not exceed three years. You should review this limit with your parent organisation when seeking permission to move.
• Applicable rules: the engagement follows the Department of Personnel and Training's standard deputation terms under the order cited in the notice, including later amendments.
• Vacancy changes: the centre may change the advertised position numbers according to its needs. The notice describes these numbers as tentative.
• Engineering cadre priority: officers from other permitted central departments or statutory and autonomous bodies are considered if suitable CPWD officers are unavailable.
• Employer route: applications sent without the parent employer's forwarding will not be considered. If you are already on deputation, the parent cadre or department must forward your application with the required clearances.
• Service record: the forwarding employer must check your particulars and confirm that no vigilance or disciplinary case is pending or being considered. Missing clearance or service reports can prevent consideration.
