NAMO Hospital Daman Hospital Manager Recruitment 2026: Overview

The Rogi Kalyan Samiti (RKS) of the Government Hospital, Daman (NAMO Hospital), under the UT Administration of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu, is hiring a Hospital Manager through the office of the hospital's Medical Superintendent. The job is on a Short-Term Contract (STC) for a period of six months, and you will be based at the hospital in Nani Daman.

The post is open to two kinds of people: doctors and dentists (MBBS/BDS), and graduates with a full-time two-year MBA in Hospital Administration or Healthcare Management. Either way, you need hands-on hospital or healthcare management experience. If you have worked on JCI, NABH or NQAS accreditation at a recognised hospital, your application will stand out.

On top of the fixed monthly pay, the samiti offers a performance-based incentive each month, subject to its performance assessment criteria and the competent authority's approval.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Local preference: Candidates holding a Domicile Certificate of Daman and Diu will be given preference. Attach a copy of the domicile certificate issued by the Mamlatdar if you have one.
• Previously terminated staff: Anyone who has been terminated from a Government organisation earlier will not be considered.
• Recognised degrees only: All your degrees, master's or diploma qualifications must come from a university or college recognised by the Government of India.
• Interview call: Only candidates found eligible will be called for the interview, and no TA/DA is paid for attending it.
• Criteria may be relaxed: The selection committee can relax the criteria for a candidate it otherwise finds fit, and the Member Secretary may end the selection process without giving a reason.
• Format matters: Applications that are unsigned or do not follow the prescribed format are rejected outright.
