IIT Bhilai Innovation and Technology Foundation (IBITF), in collaboration with the District Administration, Dantewada, is setting up the Tribal Research and Innovation Park (TRIP) — a flagship initiative to build a sustainable innovation ecosystem for the Bastar region. To run this project, IBITF is hiring 9 professionals across 6 contractual posts: Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, Project Engineer, Project Consultant, Project Associate, and Project Assistant. All positions are purely contractual for one year, extendable based on project performance, and candidates with experience in government-funded research or technology projects are especially encouraged to apply.

Who Can Apply?

Project Manager & Technical Project Manager (Rs. 80,000-1,00,000/month):

• Qualification: PhD, OR ME/M.Tech with minimum 4 years of relevant work experience, OR BE/B.Tech with minimum 7 years of relevant work experience.
• UG/PG degrees should be in Computer Science/IT/ECE or other relevant disciplines.
• Desirable: Experience in DST, MeitY, DBT, MSME or CSR-funded projects; PMP/PRINCE2 certification is an added advantage.

Project Engineer (Rs. 40,000-75,000/month):

• Qualification: M.Tech/M.E./M.S. or B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Electrical Engineering or Electronics/IoT, OR M.Sc. (CS/IT), OR MCA from a recognized university.
• Desirable: Proficiency in Python/Java/C++/JavaScript, web development experience, and knowledge of databases and cloud platforms.

Project Consultant (Rs. 35,000-50,000/month):

• Qualification: Graduate degree with over 15 years of relevant experience.
• Desirable: Experience managing government-funded projects, policy formulation, and preparing DPRs and project proposals.

Project Associate (Rs. 35,000-50,000/month):

• Qualification (Scientific/Technical): Science Graduate or 3-year Engineering Diploma with 4 years of experience, OR Engineering Graduate/M.Sc. with 2 years of experience.
• Qualification (Administration): Graduate degree with a Certificate/Diploma/PG Diploma in computer applications and 4 years of experience, OR Postgraduate degree with the same diploma and 2 years of experience.

Project Assistant (Rs. 28,000-41,000/month):

• Qualification (Scientific/Technical): Science Graduate or 3-year Engineering Diploma with 2 years of experience, OR Engineering Graduate/M.Sc.
• Qualification (Administration): Graduate degree with a Certificate/Diploma/PG Diploma in computer applications and 2 years of experience.

Age Limit

• Project Manager / Technical Project Manager: Upper age limit of 50 years.
• Project Engineer: Upper age limit of 45-50 years.
• Project Consultant: No upper age limit specified.
• Project Associate: Upper age limit of 45 years.
• Project Assistant: Upper age limit of 35 years.

Salary

• Salary ranges from Rs. 28,000 to Rs. 1,00,000 per month as a consolidated amount, depending on the post and your qualifications and experience.
• These are fixed contractual salaries — there are no separate allowances such as DA or HRA.
• No TA/DA is paid for attending the interview.

Selection Process

Selection will be done in the following stages:

1. Document Screening: Applications with complete supporting documents will be shortlisted.
2. Interview: Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview through email.
