DMMU Birbhum Block Level Mentor Recruitment 2026: Overview
District Mission Management Unit (DMMU), West Bengal State Rural Livelihoods Mission, Birbhum, is preparing a panel of Block Level Mentors for the Enterprise Finance scheme. The notice comes from the district mission unit and District Rural Development Cell at Suri, with block offices handling local applications. You apply for the block where you permanently live, rather than for an unrestricted district-wide posting.

Application Submission Notes
Place your application in the drop box at the National Rural Livelihoods Mission (NRLM) section of your respective Block Development Officer’s office in Birbhum. The notice allows submission on working days between 11:00 am and 5:00 pm.

Graduate or above from a recognised university and Diploma or higher in Computer Application. Applicant groups named in the notice include ex-bankers and empanelled bank BRPs with 5-7 years of relevant rural micro/small-enterprise field experience; empanelled block/district trainers, Chartered Accountants, Cost Accountants, MBAs or graduates familiar with banks' micro-enterprise loans; and women who have been active SHG members for the last 3 years in the same block.

You need graduation or above and a Diploma or higher in Computer Application, along with the applicable applicant-group conditions. You must be a permanent resident of the chosen block, a registered voter, and aged 25-45 years as on 1 January 2026.
Use the prescribed form and place it with supporting copies in the drop box at your respective Block Development Officer’s NRLM section. Submission is offline at the block office.
You take an MCQ written test for 60 marks, a computer test for 30 marks and a personal interview for 10 marks. Your original supporting documents are checked during selection.
You pay no application fee for this empanelment drive.
