Odisha Adarsha Vidyalaya Sarifpur, Astarang, Puri has released notification number 116/OAVSAR/26 dated 02 May 2026 for Assistant Cook engagement in the girls' hostel. The engagement is connected with hostel food preparation and day-to-day kitchen support. Local candidates get preference, and the school has clearly said that candidates from outside Puri district should not be recruited for this post.

The engagement is for one year. After one year, fresh engagement may be made with at least one working day gap, based on the employee's satisfactory performance.
