OAV Mahimunda Assistant Cook Recruitment 2026

OAV Mahimunda Assistant Cook Recruitment 2026: Overview

Odisha Adarsha Vidyalaya (OAV) Mahimunda is engaging an Assistant Cook (Male) for its boys’ hostel in Puintala block of Balangir district. This is a hostel support engagement with a residential condition, so you should consider the stay requirement before applying. The school’s advertisement and accompanying guidelines describe the arrangement for this particular hostel.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Residential arrangement: You must stay in the hostel round the clock. The guidelines expressly make hostel residence part of the engagement. Take this into account when deciding whether the role fits your circumstances.
• Local recruitment: The school gives preference to candidates from the locality, then considers the block if local candidates are unavailable. Candidates from nearby blocks may be considered if needed, but the guidelines do not allow recruitment from outside Balangir district.
• Engagement period: The engagement runs for a year. After it ends, a fresh engagement may follow with a gap of at least one working day, based on satisfactory performance. Continuing in the role depends on that performance condition.
• Authority’s decision: The advertisement reserves the authority’s right to cancel any or all applications without giving a reason.
