National Skill Training Institute (NSTI), Kanpur is engaging Guest Faculty for its 2026-27 training session under the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship. The work covers theory and practical classes for trainees in the Craft Instructor Training Scheme (CITS) and Craftsmen Training Scheme (CTS). This is a temporary teaching engagement with periodic renewal every three months.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Temporary appointment: The institute can end the engagement at any time without giving a reason. You should read the renewal arrangement as part of this temporary engagement.
• Choice of subject: The institute advises you to apply for only one trade or subject because the respective tests for all trades and subjects will run at the same time.
• Recruitment changes: The Regional Director can change or cancel the recruitment without giving a reason. Staffing requirements may also change.
• Further communication: The institute will announce the test schedule on its website and send examination call letters by email. The test venue is NSTI Kanpur.

• Conduct classes in the assigned CHNM, CSA, MMV, Welder or Information Technology CITS trade.
• Teach Workshop Calculation and Science to CTS trainees when engaged for that subject.
• Teach Engineering Drawing to CTS trainees when engaged for that subject.
